    I think you might need something more than a simple chart with limited space. Otherwise, you may be citing inaccuracies, which could be worse than citing nothing. The following is the story at Sheffield N, where I live:

    RENTALS: Not allowed until owner has owned unit for 3 years.

    PETS: Allowed: only one housecat, one bird and fish.

    We have told this to UCO before, but only the cat gets mentioned, not the bird, fish or 3 years!

    In Stratford L we are allowed 1 cat.

    Windsor Q: Indoor cats are allowed and there is no two year waiting period to rent.
