COVID-19 DRIVE THRU TESTING TO BEGIN AT BALLPARK

Drive-thru COVID-19 testing begins this week in Palm Beach County

Palm Beach County will offer drive-thru COVID-19 testing starting Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

Palm Beach County will offer drive-thru testing.

The testing site is at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, located at 5444 Haverhill Road in West Palm Beach.

People will need to be screened over the phone and set up an appointment over the phone in order to be tested. The number to call is 561-642-1000.
Only people with an appointment will be able to get tested. The test is free.
 
People can begin calling the phone number provided at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020.
Appointments will be booked between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The effort is a collaboration among the Palm Beach County Health Department, Florida Army National Guard and the Governor's office.
No one will be allowed out of their vehicle during the testing. People are asked to access the testing site through the Haverhill Road entrance.
This new testing will be the only drive-thru COVID-19 testing in Palm Beach County.
As of Sunday afternoon, there were 333 cases of COVID-19 in the county. Six people have died from the virus.
