Duckling Season



They have been warned about gators and that hungry guy with recipes at UCO.

    Hi All,
    The Muscovy duck (Actually a South American Goose) is the lowest fat and yet most tasty of all ducks.

    There are abundant recipes for preparing such duck to be found on the WWW.

    I prefer recipes which include Lemon Grass and of course, Paw Paw

    Thoroughly enjoy your Pics....
    You seem to be at the Right time
    Place..when it comes to nature....
    I expect the ducks will eventually
    end up behind our patio, splishing
    & diving in Lake Chatham, which always is a welcome sight.
