Parking @ Clubhouse
This situation is becoming more DANGEROUS, DAILY....Unfortunately,
we have individuals, who appear to be "Incapable" of following,
R&R's...driving towards on coming traffic, cutting through parking
stalls, to exit, instead of following the flow of the road,.. which
may actually take another MINUTE..HOW CAN WE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
IF YOU DO ENCOUNTER THE OFFENDER, THEY RESPOND WITH A BLANK STARE...
DOESN'T THAT SAY IT ALL.....

Hi all,
ReplyDeleteUCO is aware of these issues and we are exploring hiring an off-duty PBSO Deputy to attempt traffic enforcement in the Clubhouse parking lot.
If the cost is not prohibitive, we will proceed.

Tickets should also be given to those drivers who park incorrectly. It is a state law that you must park head in so that your license plate number is visible. I once had a sticker pasted on my car at the Clubhouse for parking incorrectly. Now I see people parking this way all the time. Why is it no longer enforced?
ReplyDeletedear concerned, parking head in is a rule at the clubhouse but there is no law that says you must park that way at your association. only if you have a "park head in only" sign as does dover can you enforce this.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first moved to CV and parked head in at the Club House a sticker was placed on my car.
ReplyDeleteIs this rule no longer enforced as I see many cars parked head in.
