    I have really enjoyed the past two years in the village with Dave's administration, even becoming Prez of my Association, the reason is the ease of getting information, the free flow of information from UCO, and Dave's Information Forward Initiative (IFI), and open meetings.
    In the earlier days you could not get an answer, just excuses, info lost and misplaced, some people invented answers just to get rid of you. Lets not go back to that.

    From what I've seen Dave has done a great job and has been helpful and responsive to my own inquires.

    IMHO

    Perhaps the board should consider term limitations. I think collectively four years is plenty of overall volunteer time regardless of the position. It is always good to have new blood participate in the general governance of the Village.

    We have term limits if you are voted in for 2+2, then you are out. See bylaws for additional detail. We can only gain and improve if Dave has another 2 years.
