This little note is to those who serve or want to serve on their HOA Board of Directors.
Here's a little hint, if you want to be on the board, then you need to step up and be willing to step into an officers position if needed... Otherwise just being there to be there is deadweight.
Being on the board means you are willing to make decisions that are for the benefit of the homeowners in your building, not a position of prestige just so you can have bragging rights and impress your friends.
Step up. Do the right thing.
