Delegate Assembly

I hate to be a skutch, but when is the September Delegate Assembly going to be available online?

    Hi all,

    As you may recall, there was no sound for some time, and this is a problem.

    An attempt will be made to process from the point that the audio was restored.
    A little patience please.
